This policy is part of, and incorporated into, our Terms of Service.
You agree not to use hiloop, or help anyone else use it, to:
- Violate any law, regulation, or third-party rights, including intellectual property and privacy rights.
- Upload or process data you do not have the right to use, or that contains others’ personal data without a lawful basis.
- Attempt to breach, probe, or circumvent security or isolation boundaries, access other tenants’ data, or escape the workload sandbox.
- Interfere with or disrupt the service, including via excessive load, denial-of-service, or abuse of shared resources.
- Reverse engineer the service except to the extent that restriction is prohibited by law.
- Build, train, or operate models for prohibited purposes, including generating illegal content, malware, or content that facilitates serious harm.
- Use the service to develop a competing product by copying it.
- Resell or provide the service to third parties except as permitted by your agreement.
We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access that creates risk to the service, our customers, or others. Report abuse to abuse@hiloop.ai.
